The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic and passionate team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in directly supervising the kitchen team and managing daily operations. You will assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Chef in leading a large, dynamic kitchen team.

  • Take pride and responsibility in every dish prepared, contributing significantly to enhancing the overall quality of the dishes served.

Requirements

  • Vocational diploma (DEP) in culinary arts or 4-5 years of experience in kitchens, primarily in hotel establishments.
  • Strong ability to work in a team and ensure smooth communication, with proficiency in French and English for communication with international suppliers.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, fostering team development and motivation.
  • Excellent stress management, ability to work calmly and maintain high performance in busy periods.
