Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our largest sawmill, located in High Level, Alberta.Our High Level Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces forest products for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities. Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in HR and/or recruitment will be beneficial.
- Post–secondary education in HR, Business or a related discipline will be beneficial.
- A continuing record of professional development would be considered an asset.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is desirable.

In this role, you will:- Report to the HR Business Partner and work closely with site leadership.
- Assist in divisional HR programs aligned with operational and corporate strategies.
- Execute an effective hourly recruitment, selection and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and applicant tracking systems.
- Work with the HRBP to support programs related to the retention, development, Labor Relations, and engagement of employees.
You’ll take on an exciting new challenge with supportive team members. You’ll earn a competitive salary based on your skills and experience. The expected base salary range for this position is $X to $Y per year. You'll earn an additional northern allowance on top of your base pay. You will be eligible to participate in Tolko’s bonus program.
