We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our English and French-speaking customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Duties:
- Assist customers in English and French via phone, email, or chat
- Provide product information, resolve inquiries, and address customer concerns
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Process sales orders and assist with order tracking
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and French(verbal and written)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
