Requirements:
  1. Proven leader with a deep understanding of mechanical engineering and building technologies.
  2. Expertise in sustainable design initiatives and advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  3. Skilled in heating and cooling load analysis software (e.g., Trace 700, Carrier HAP) and energy calculation tools (e.g., CAN-QUEST, eQuest).
  4. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage work within budget and deadlines.
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of the building industry and interdisciplinary collaboration.
