Accepting highly qualified applicants for Medical Administrative Assistant for our Kamloops clinic.
Full-time available, weekdays 9-5, Saturdays required
The Medical Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the success of Snore MD’s sleep apnea patient experience by:
- Coordinate the flow of information
- Interview patients to obtain case histories
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Complete insurance and other claim forms
- Maintain filing system
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
- Provide customer service
- $22.00-$25.00 per hr + bonus
- Up to $4.00 per hour in monthly bonus (up to $26.00 – $29.00 bonus included)

- Medical experience as a medical office assistant or physio / optometry / sleep
