We combine 5 star patient care with an exceptional team-first environment to provide a select few, highly qualified individuals, a truly unique opportunity to take their careers to – a – whole – new – levelAccepting highly qualified applicants for Medical Administrative Assistant for our Kamloops clinic.Full-time available, weekdays 9-5, Saturdays requiredThe Medical Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the success of Snore MD’s sleep apnea patient experience by:Coordinate the flow of informationInterview patients to obtain case historiesOpen and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materialSchedule and confirm appointmentsComplete insurance and other claim formsMaintain filing systemOrder supplies and maintain inventoryDetermine and establish office procedures and routinesEnter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and recordsPerform data entryProvide customer serviceSnore MD proudly offers:$22.00-$25.00 per hr + bonusUp to $4.00 per hour in monthly bonus (up to $26.00 – $29.00 bonus included)Extensive health and dental benefits, including vision, RRSP matching, health club memberships plus health & education spending accountsAn inspiring ‘Changing Lives for Good’ mission that will literally make your heart singComprehensive Industry leading online and in-clinic training program to ensure your successA 3+ year career where you’re appreciated, rewarded and you truly enjoy itThe Qualifications You Need:Mature, confident team player with an insatiable drive to performA positive ‘let’s do this’ attitude that’s turned on and turned up everydaySincere passion for exceptional patient care and building impactful relationshipsA keen desire to learn new technologies plus savvy computer skillsMedical experience as a medical office assistant or physio / optometry / sleepclinicRock solid reliability, strong organization skills and exceptional attention to detailA winning ‘I’ve got this’ confidence that your team and patients can depend onMedical Office Assistant / Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative / Medical Administrative Assistant#MAA
