Position Overview: We are seeking driven and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and sales, with the ability to convert leads into appointments, nurture client relationships, and close deals. If you have a proven track record in real estate sales and excel in phone prospecting, lead follow-up, and client management, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, text, email, and social media.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with potential clients to nurture relationships and set appointments.
  • Convert leads into appointments for the real estate sales team.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses.
  • Represent clients in the buying and selling of residential properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on trends and developments in the Canadian real estate market.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads, appointments, and client communications.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license (required).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong emphasis on ISA skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be proficient with technology and be able to effectively work with Google Suite, spreadsheets and CRM’s software.
