They are actively searching for an experienced Administrator with contracts knowledge to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Contract Administration Team Lead you will be responsible for the following tasks.Key Account Responsibilities and FunctionsDraft contracts using standard contract template.Amend/update contracts as required.Finalizing documents and contracts for signature.Data entry into multiple in house systems.Filing of WCB letters, Certificates of Insurance, etc.Create contract summaries, conduct research to assist in risk assessment and negotiations.Additional tasks as assigned.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar administrative position.Experience working with contracts/legal documents.Intermediate to advanced MS Office experience along with strong data entry skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Must be a self starter with a positive and professional attitude and eagerness to learn.Must be a strong problem solver with excellent decision making skills.Team player who enjoys working in a busy, friendly, fast paced environment.Compensation and BenefitsHourly rate of pay based on experience.
