We are looking for someone with:

  • University degree preferable in Economy/Financial planning/Investment/Insurance or relevant subjects

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance industry, preferable with distribution channels/training and coaching/project management

  • Previous experience with agency training and/or event management and/or recruitment is a plus

  • Curious, open-minded, self-motived, can-do altitude, fast learner, team player

  • Good communication and negotiation skills, fluence in written and oral Chinese (mandarin and Cantonese) is a plus.

  • Be a key contributor in MCV team in MCV talent recruitment and development, MCV recruitment profiles design, enhancement and assessment.
