Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective team management and customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Lead and develop a team of retail professionals, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance
