As a Junior Marketing Consultant, you will act as project manager, overseeing and executing digital and direct marketing communication campaigns. This collaborative role involves working closely with internal partners across marketing, network, brand, and legal departments, as well as with external creative agencies. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, you will play a key part in delivering impactful customer-facing communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage marketing materials, including physical mail, email, SMS, flyers, newsletters, and paid digital media (programmatic display, paid social, and paid search).
  • Create and present detailed marketing briefs aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand communication requirements, draft various types of communications, and manage the end-to-end process of creating and delivering impactful customer-facing content.
  • Pull and analyze data trends across digital channels, including web traffic and digital spends, to inform strategy and execution.
  • Manage communication plans and support marketing portfolios.
  • Provide content updates for existing marketing materials and drive new initiatives to meet and exceed operational targets.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or relevant certification.
  • Proven experience in developing marketing materials, crafting marketing plans, providing creative input, and executing marketing projects.
  • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and French, both written and oral.

Key Skills:

  • Attention to detail, particularly in language and grammar (ability to catch punctuation, grammar, and spelling mistakes).
  • Expertise in pulling and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working with marketing partners to produce customer-facing communications in various formats, including emails, SMS, and direct mail.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
