Marketing Consultant Junior

Arobas Personnel is seeking a skilled Marketing Consultant Junior to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and execute digital and direct marketing communication campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, network, brand, and legal, as well as external creative agencies, to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, on campaign progress and results.
- Marketing Materials: Develop and create marketing materials, including physical mail, email, SMS, flyers, newsletters, paid digital media, and owned digital properties.
- Marketing Briefs: Create and present detailed marketing briefs that align with campaign objectives, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends across digital channels, including web traffic and digital spends, to inform marketing decisions.
- Communication Planning: Manage all communication plans and assist with marketing portfolios, ensuring seamless execution.
- Content Creation: Provide content to update existing marketing materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Initiative Development: Drive new initiatives to meet and increase operational targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree or Certificate.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing marketing materials, marketing plans, providing creative input, and executing marketing projects.
- Skills: Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail, fluency in oral and written English and French.
