Arobas Personnel is seeking a skilled Marketing Consultant Junior to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and execute digital and direct marketing communication campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, network, brand, and legal, as well as external creative agencies, to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, on campaign progress and results.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop and create marketing materials, including physical mail, email, SMS, flyers, newsletters, paid digital media, and owned digital properties.
  • Marketing Briefs: Create and present detailed marketing briefs that align with campaign objectives, ensuring a clear understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data trends across digital channels, including web traffic and digital spends, to inform marketing decisions.
  • Communication Planning: Manage all communication plans and assist with marketing portfolios, ensuring effective and efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Content Creation: Provide content to update existing marketing materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Initiative Development: Drive new initiatives to meet and increase operational targets, leveraging marketing expertise and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree or Certificate in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing marketing materials, marketing plans, providing creative input, and executing marketing projects.
  • Skills: Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail, and fluency in oral and written English and French.
