Marketing Consultant Junior

Arobas Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Consultant Junior to join our team on a contract basis for one of our clients in Mississauga.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a project manager, overseeing and executing digital and direct marketing communication campaigns.
  • Work in close partnership with internal teams in marketing, network, brand, and legal, as well as external creative agencies.
  • Report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications.
  • Develop marketing materials including physical mail, email, SMS, flyers, newsletters, paid digital media, and across owned digital properties.
  • Create and present detailed marketing briefs that align with campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with different teams to understand communication requirements, drafting various types of communications, and managing the end-to-end process of creating and delivering impactful customer-facing communications.
  • Analyze data trends across digital channels (web traffic, digital spends, etc).
  • Manage all communication plans and assist with marketing portfolios.
  • Provide content to update existing marketing materials.
  • Drive new initiatives to meet and increase operational targets.

Requirements:

  • University degree or Certificate.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing marketing materials, marketing plans, providing creative input, and executing marketing projects.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Fluency in oral and written English and French.
