Responsibilities:
  • Assist Support and Planning team to identify process improvement opportunities and increase efficiencies within the department.
  • Assist the Support and Planning team with identification of errors and troubleshooting with current platforms and processes.
  • Assist Support and Planning team to create and establish regular reporting to ensure data accuracy.
  • Oversee implementation of new clients and services using the client implementation standard operating procedures.
  • Establish and document standard operating procedures for the team.
  • Coordinate and lead training for the team when new technology and processes are introduced.
  • Evaluate and modify standard protocols and procedures as needed to support new business and technology.
  • Manage data load process.
  • Liaise with OnBrand360 Product Manager as needed to communicate and prioritize needed enhancements.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing for any new software releases and enhancements.
  • Assist with the creation, documentation, and execution of new hire training.
  • Lead or participate in ongoing projects.
  • Ensure all client data is accurate including work orders and billing through regular reports as well as direct engagement with the Support and Planning Team.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of customer support and administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and Salesforce.
  • Experience balancing and prioritizing external and internal requests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday.
