Island View, Canada Collage HR Full time

Are you detail-oriented, uber organized and adaptable? Are you a quick learner and computer savvy? If so, you may be a good fit for this position. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with executives and all teams across the company from Beauceron Security’s Fredericton, NB office. They will report to the Director of Operations & Compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing administrative tasks, including:
  • managing inboxes and calendars in O365;
  • making travel and accommodation arrangements;
  • taking meeting notes; and
  • organizing and maintaining the office filing system.
  • Responsible for managing office logistics, such as:
  • keeping fridges and office supplies stocked;
  • being the primary point of contact for the office cleaners and landlord; and
  • contributing to the organization of employee appreciation events.
  • Responsible for acting as the primary external-facing point of contact for Beauceron by:
  • managing the office phoneline and email address; and
  • managing the reception area to ensure guests follow security procedures and practices.
  • Supports the Finance team by:
  • e-filing and coding receipts;
  • collecting mail; and
  • Supports Operations team as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Administrative work experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or administrative assistant
  • You believe in Beauceron’s mission statement and core values.
