Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Grooming Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in grooming pets, ensuring their well-being and comfort throughout the grooming process.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist groomers in bathing, drying, and brushing pets
  2. Handle and restrain pets during grooming procedures
  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area
  4. Provide compassionate care to pets throughout the grooming process
  5. Monitor pets for any health or behavior issues and report to the groomer

Skills

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger pets
  • Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners effectively

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with animals
  • Animal care: 1 year (required)
  • Pet First Aid Certification (preferred)
