We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our client in a real estate office . In this role, you will assist in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. You'll play an integral role in communicating with clients and vendors, managing files, and handling other administrative tasks as necessary.Responsibilities:In this role you will track and manage a variety of real estate transactionsEnsure all documentation is completed and submitted to the appropriate channelOrganize and maintain the Realtor's database and customer relationship management systems.Maintain real estate files, records, and correspondence.Provide administrative support for open houses or client events as needed.Requirements:At least 2 years of administrative assistant experience, preferably in a real estate setting.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with social media platforms is an assetAbility to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
