Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual Service Center Representative to join a leading HCM/Payroll company for a full-time permanent position in Montreal, QC. The Bilingual Service Center Representative provides exceptional customer service to external client employees and handles inquiries related to payroll, time and labor management, and HR. They troubleshoot issues, document inquiries in the Client Relationship Management application (CRM), and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and contribute to continuous improvement.Must Haves 2 years of client-facing customer service/HR administrative experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficePost-secondary education or equivalent customer service/HR experienceEnglish/French Bilingualism is requiredAbility to work rotationally between 8 am - 8 pm EST (as needed)Ability to work onsite in Montreal (3x a week) PlussesHRIS experience, including WFNInsight Global est à la recherche d'un représentant de centre de services bilingue pour rejoindre une entreprise leader en gestion HCM/Paie pour un poste permanent à temps plein à Montréal, QC.
