Cette opportunité active débutera par un contrat temporaire d'un an avec un potentiel très élevé de prolongation ou éventuellement d'évolution vers autre chose à l'avenir. Les heures de travail seront du lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 17h00 (pas de soirées ni de week-ends ) et il n'y aura pas de vente ; il s'agira également d'un mélange de travail à distance (2 jours) et en présentiel (3 jours).

Les responsabilités du poste de représentant du service client bilingue à Saint-Laurent, QC peuvent inclure, mais ne sont pas limitées à :

  • Répondre à des volumes variés d'appels entrants de manière professionnelle et diligente, en anglais et en français
  • Répondre aux questions, demandes de renseignements et traiter les problèmes de manière positive et dans des délais impartis
  • Rediriger les appels vers les contacts appropriés
  • Travailler avec la technologie pour trouver, mettre à jour, saisir des conversations, des actions - s'assurer que cela est fait simultanément lors de l'appel pour garantir une expérience efficace et efficiente
  • Effectuer fréquemment des validations de licences (formation fournie mais mieux adaptée à quelqu'un ayant un haut degré de précision/d'exactitude)
  • La clientèle peut être un mélange de professionnels, de consommateurs et de détaillants
  • Bien que la majeure partie du poste soit au téléphone, il se peut que vous deviez également répondre à des demandes par e-mail, chatter en anglais et en français
  • Établir et entretenir des relations client pour garantir des partenariats commerciaux continus, la fidélisation et la croissance

Les qualifications requises pour le poste de représentant du service client bilingue à Saint-Laurent, QC sont les suivantes :

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste de service client, soit en centre d'appels soit en service client en entreprise
  • Maîtrise complète du français et de l'anglais - à l'écrit et à l'oral dans les deux langues officielles est indispensable
  • Formation postsecondaire terminée dans un domaine pertinent ; un atout pour ceux ayant de l'expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, des dispositifs médicaux ou médicaux généraux (veuillez noter que cela se déroule dans un cadre de bureau en entreprise)
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités, à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique et à respecter les délais
  • Bonnes compétences en MS Word, Excel et capacité à apprendre d'autres applications et programmes informatiques ; un atout pour ceux ayant des compétences en SAP et/ou Lotus Notes
  • Attitude positive avec la capacité de travailler à la fois de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec une équipe soudée.

Adecco Professional Staffing is currently partnering with an established and growing client looking to find top talent for a fantastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Saint-Laurent, QC. This active opportunity will start out as a 1 year temporary hire with a very high potential to extend or possibly become something more down the road. The working hours would be Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5pm (no evenings or weekends) and no sales; it will also be a hybrid of remote (2 days) and in-office (3 days).

Responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Saint-Laurent, QC may include, but are not limited to;

  • Responds to varied volumes of incoming calls in a professional and diligent manner, in both English and French
  • Answer questions, inquiries and deal with problems/issues in a positive and time sensitive way
  • Redirect calls to the appropriate contact(s)
  • Work with technology to find, update, input conversations, actions – ensure this is done concurrently on the call to ensure an effective and efficient experience
  • Conduct license validations quite often (training provided but best suited for someone with a high degree of detail/accuracy)
  • Clientele can be a mix of business professionals, consumers and retailers
  • Although most of the position is over the phone, you may need to respond to email inquiries, chat in both English and French
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure continued business partnerships, retention and growth
  • Please note that this is NOT A SALES position


Qualifications for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Saint-Laurent, QC include;

  • At least 3 years experience in a Customer Service position, either call center or corporate customer service
  • Fully Bilingual (French and English ) - written and spoken in both official languages is a must
  • Related completed post-secondary education; asset to those with pharmaceutical, medical device, or general medical industry experience (please note this is in a corporate office setting)
  • Ability to control multiple priorities, to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong MS Word, Excel skills and the ability to learn other PC applications and programs; asset to those with SAP and/or Lotus Notes
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently while also working with a close-knit team.
