Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual Service Center Representative to join a leading HCM/Payroll company for a full-time permanent position in Montreal, QC. The Bilingual Service Center Representative provides exceptional customer service to external client employees and handles inquiries related to payroll, time and labor management, and HR. They troubleshoot issues, document inquiries in the Client Relationship Management application (CRM), and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and contribute to continuous improvement.

Must Haves

2 years of client-facing customer service/HR administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Post-secondary education or equivalent customer service/HR experience
English/French Bilingualism is required
Ability to work rotationally between 8 am - 8 pm EST (as needed)
Ability to work onsite in Montreal (3x a week)

Insight Global est à la recherche d'un représentant de centre de services bilingue pour rejoindre une entreprise leader en gestion HCM/Paie pour un poste permanent à temps plein à Montréal, QC. Le représentant du centre de services bilingue offre un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aux employés des clients externes et traite les demandes liées à la paie, à la gestion du temps et de la main-d'œuvre et aux ressources humaines. Ils résolvent les problèmes, documentent les demandes de renseignements dans l'application de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et collaborent avec les équipes internes pour améliorer la qualité du service et contribuer à l'amélioration continue.

Incontournables

2 ans d'expérience en service client/administration RH
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
Éducation postsecondaire ou expérience équivalente en service à la clientèle/RH
Le bilinguisme anglais/français est requis
Capacité de travailler en rotation entre 8 h et 20 h (au besoin)
Capacité de travailler sur place à Montréal (3x par semaine
