- Responsible for representing the business needs, becoming a leader in your area, and co-managing, leading, and coordinating the functional tower with an IT resource.
- Define business requirements for SAP design to streamline business processes, focusing on client-centric and end-user driven solutions.
- Collaborate across all functions and sites to ensure alignment on any design decisions or business process changes required: Operations, Purchasing, Customer Service, Pricing, Finance, and Master Data functions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.
- Provide guidance and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of Saint-Gobain business processes and strategy through strong collaboration and regular engagement with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for decisions on business processes (with approval from the executive layer, if required) by consulting with subject matter experts.
- Identify key enhancements and ensure best practices are well adopted.
- Collaborate with other streams to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency.
- Participate and/or lead in design sessions, demos, prototype sessions, testing, and training workshops with business users.
Testing:
- Coordinate the testing and business simulation for the processes they own.
Go-live preparation and cutover:
- Coordinate the preparation of high-quality data sets for the different phases of the project (iterative approach).
- Contributes to the planning and execution of the cutover plan.
User Succession & Training:
- Ensure the succession of Super Users within the production and planning functional area.
- Develop and deliver training programs to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively use SAP solutions.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with SAP, preferably with a focus on the functional tower field of expertise.
- Embodies Saint-Gobain's TEC culture of Trust, Empowerment & Collaboration and proven ability to collaborate across different functional areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into process models.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience implementing transformational projects is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing solution.

- Guide the development team in developing, configuring, and implementing SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
