Procurement Coordinator Job Description

Our client, a leading national manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to join their team in SW Mississauga. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, data entry, and communication with business partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Pulling data from SAP and creating reports
  • Issuing non-complex purchase orders and closing open existing purchase orders
  • Creating, changing, deleting, or submitting requests for new master data
  • Expediting open past due purchase orders and uploading documentation into contracts system
Requirements:
  • Professional experience in supply chain or procurement related role working with Purchase Orders in an ERP system, ideally SAP
  • Working experience with SAP
  • Post-Secondary Business or Supply Chain background preferred
  • Superior communication skills both spoken and written
  • Career driven, excellence-oriented personality
