**WHY DO WE NEED YOU?**
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner
- Supply Chain (Warehouse, logistics and transportation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP business processes across various functions within Saint-Gobain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP systems align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency. This role can be based out of the GTA or Montreal.
**IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?** Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for representing the business needs, becoming a leader in your area, and co-managing, leading, and coordinating the functional tower with an IT resource.
- Define business requirements for SAP design to streamline business processes, focusing on client-centric and end-user driven solutions.
- Collaborate across all functions and sites to ensure alignment on any design decisions or business process changes required: Operations, Purchasing, Customer Service, Pricing, Finance, and Master Data functions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.
- Provide guidance and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of Saint-Gobain business processes and strategy through strong collaboration and regular engagement with key stakeholders.
- Identify key enhancements and ensure best practices are well adopted.
- Collaborate with other streams to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency.
- Participate and/or lead in design sessions, demos, prototype sessions, testing, and training workshops with business users.
