We are looking for a Channel Manager to join our dynamic Lexzur team, reporting to the Chief Channel Management Officer, and developing the company's business in the US and Canada.About Lexzur:Lexzur is a global and fast-growing Legal Tech company providing unique and innovative solutions for the entire Legal Industry. We are seeking candidates who value collaboration, creative solutions, and teamwork.The Candidate will:Implement & Drive the Channel Sales Management of Lexzur in the US and Canada.Hiring Partners / Resellers of Lexzur in different states in the region under your responsibilitiesEnabling Partners and managing them to scale-up their sales on Lexzur Handling pre-sales meetings with partners and/or clientsGrowing the channel management business in Lexzur Setting Sales targets and growth objectives in the local marketEngineering techniques to reduce the sales cycles of channels and improve the Conversion ratio.Driving Partners of Lexzur for excellence and managing their day-to-day operationsPartnering and working with Cross functional teams to achieve the best partner and customer experience.Desired Skills & ExperienceA minimum of 5 years' experience in Enterprise Software Business development and Partners Management in a multi-national environment. A big plus for an experience in Software sales/SaaS IndustryManaging Partners & Resellers to achieve sales.Driven by Sales target and business objectives.Self-driven manager with entrepreneurship skills who can implement innovative sales techniques from scratch.Relevant experience in Legal-Tech is a big plus.Excellent communication & leadership skillsExcellent presentation skillsExcellent organization skillsHard worker, Agile with high flexibility to adapt to changes in quick iterations.Customer orientation with teamwork attitude
