Responsibilities:

  • Manage the storage and daily movement of seasonal tires, ensuring organization, accurate documentation, and condition monitoring.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks using Excel/Google Sheets, reconcile discrepancies, and report to the parts manager.
  • Coordinate and execute timely deliveries of automotive parts, optimizing routes and maintaining delivery vehicle condition.
  • Provide professional customer service during deliveries and handle inquiries or concerns.
  • Perform general lot attendant duties, including snow removal, vehicle transfers, and customer assistance, supporting overall dealership operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or inventory management training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in automotive service or inventory management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy sets of tires (60 pounds or more) repeatedly.
  • Valid G driver’s license required.
