Le Directeur des Comptes Majeurs représentera de manière professionnelle et éthique Konica Minolta Business Solutions auprès de l'industrie commerciale dans votre territoire. Vous vous verrez attribuer une liste de comptes nommés dans le but de développer des relations à long terme et d'atteindre vos objectifs de ventes trimestriels. Il sera aussi responsable du maintien et du développement des revenus dans le domaine de l'impression commerciale dans la région.

As the Major Account Executive will provide professional and ethical representation of Konica Minolta Business Solutions to the commercial industry in your territory. You will be assigned a list of named accounts for the purpose developing long term relationships and attaining your quarterly sales targets. He will also be responsible for maintaining and developing commercial print revenue within the region.

Maintenir et générer de nouvelles affaires dans le domaine de la grande format au sein des comptes clients existants.
Atteindre et réaliser de nouveaux objectifs de revenus et d'unités en grande format.
Atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise en matière de ventes et de services rentables en grande format, de fidélisation et de croissance de la clientèle, ainsi que d'initiatives stratégiques (y compris la croissance de nouveaux clients).
Assurer le respect des politiques, des procédures et des processus de travail de l'entreprise tout au long du processus de vente.
Maintenir une liste de prospects d'acheteurs pour votre territoire géographique désigné et/ou les comptes nommés, avec des opportunités closables dans les 30 prochains jours grâce à l'établissement de relations avec tous vos comptes, en identifiant d'autres influenceurs dans la prise de décision des MFP, tels que les responsables des ateliers d'impression, les responsables informatiques, etc.
Suivi méticuleux et diligent de toutes les pistes de vente.
Rédiger des propositions de vente et des réponses aux appels d'offres pour le client de manière claire et concise. Établir Konica Minolta comme la technologie de référence pour les futurs appels d'offres / RFP du compte.
Maintenir une connaissance complète des produits Konica Minolta et des produits concurrents, et être prêt pour une démonstration des produits actuels.
Représenter Konica Minolta de manière éthique auprès de vos clients, de manière à ce que tous les détails de la transaction de vente soient enregistrés et compris de manière précise et non ambiguë par les deux parties, permettant un traitement rapide de la vente et minimisant ainsi la nécessité d'une intervention ultérieure du représentant des ventes.
Maintenir le contact avec les clients actuels pour identifier les mises à niveau potentielles et préparer des "Revues de compte" pour la base de clients deux fois par an.
Maintenir à jour la base de données territoriale des comptes actuels et concurrents pour un suivi efficace des prospects de vente.
What You’ll Do Here
Maintain a prospect list of buyers for your designated geographical territory and / or named account responsibilities of closeable opportunities in the next 30 days through building relationships with all your accounts, identifying other MFP decision influencers: i.e. Print shop managers, IT managers, etc.
Keeping track of and developing a relationship with existing Konica Minolta customers that would testify in Konica Minolta’s favor, prompt and diligent follow-up of all sales leads
Write sales proposals and tender responses for the customer in a clear and concise manner. To establish Konica Minolta as the benchmark technology for future account tender / RFP
Maintain complete Konica Minolta product knowledge and competitive product knowledge and be prepared for product demonstration on all current products
Represent Konica Minolta ethically to your customers so that all details of the sales transaction are accurately and unambiguously recorded and understood by the two parties, permitting prompt processing of the sale and thereby minimizing the necessity for subsequent sales rep involvement
Maintain contact with current customers to identify potential upgrades and prepare “Account Reviews” to customer base semi-annually
Maintain up to date the territory database of current and competitive accounts for effective sales prospect follow-up
Project a professional image through appropriate business attire
Qualifications:
Ce que vous apportez :
5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans la vente en environnement B2B.
Bilingue français-anglais.
Expérience étendue de vente B2B, une expérience antérieure dans l'industrie serait un atout.
Bonne compréhension des concepts PC et réseau, avec la capacité d'appliquer ces compétences à la compréhension et à la fourniture de solutions d'impression à nos clients.
Solides compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles, en gestion du temps et en organisation.
Haut niveau de professionnalisme et d'intégrité.
Capacité avérée à vendre des solutions complexes.
Solides compétences en négociation pour rechercher avec confiance et agressivité de nouvelles affaires.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide avec un degré élevé d'indépendance.
Le désir d'assurer la plus grande satisfaction possible des clients.
Un permis de conduire valide et un véhicule personnel.
Un diplôme universitaire ou collégial en commerce est un atout.
What you bring to the table:
5-7 years of sales experience in a B2B environment
Bilingual French-English
Extensive B2B sales experience, previous industry experience would be considered an asset.
Good grounding in PC and network concepts and the ability to apply these skills to understanding and delivering printing solutions to our customers
Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
High level of professionalism and integrity
Proven ability to sell complex solutions
Strong negotiation skills to confidently and aggressively seek new business
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence
The desire to ensure the utmost in customer satisfaction
A valid driver's license and own a vehicle
A university or college degree in Business is an asset
