Job Description:


Raytheon is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This full-time entry-level position is perfect for a confident and passionate individual with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries, order processing, and general support. 2. Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Conducting thorough analysis of customer interactions to identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations for process improvements. 4. Using strong persuasion skills to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service across all communication channels. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and problem-solve. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred. 6. Confidence and passion for providing excellent customer service. 7. Persuasion skills to effectively upsell and cross-sell products and services.
