Job Description:

Baxter International is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a part-time, entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints
- Providing product information and assistance to customers
- Managing and updating customer information in the database
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Following company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service
- Keeping abreast of product updates and changes to effectively assist customers

Requirements:
- Adaptable and dedicated personality traits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
