The Role

Join us as Associate Director of Alliances and Business Development for Hyperscalers and become an integral part of Kyndryl’s growth story. Kyndryl is seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, revenue, and customer adoption through innovative partnerships and collaborative initiatives.

As our Associate Director of Alliances and Business Development for Hyperscalers  , you will be leading a team dedicated to expanding Kyndryl’s services signings and revenue. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our esteemed Alliance Partners, leveraging their cutting-edge technology and solutions to co-create offerings that revolutionize the industry. Your strategic acumen, combined with your business expertise, technical prowess, and sales finesse, will be the driving force behind our success. You will be responsible for propelling the adoption of Kyndryl's services across all market segments and countries, unlocking new opportunities and driving exponential growth.

Collaborating with Customer Partners, you will create, build, and manage relationships with our valued alliance partners at various levels of their organizations. Through these partnerships, you will help define, sell, and deliver large-scale transformation and modernization programs tailored to our enterprise customers, solving their most pressing business challenges.

As an Associate Director of Alliances and Business Development for Hyperscalers  , you will be a catalyst for alliance success. You will have the opportunity to lead development, execution, and management of key business development activities, projects, and programs, ensuring our partnerships flourish and yield exceptional results. With your creative flair, you will craft compelling content, establish unique go-to-market programs, and provide comprehensive enablement support—both business and technical—to drive exponential growth for our partnerships.

Leveraging your in-depth understanding of alliance partner programs, you will secure maximum benefits for Kyndryl's deals and, most importantly, our customers. Serving as a liaison between our Practices, one or more Alliance Partners, and Account teams, you will foster win-win-win outcomes that fuel mutual success.

To excel in this role, you will continually build and maintain a profound knowledge of our alliance partners and their industries, forging strong relationships that propel our collective growth. Furthermore, you will deepen your understanding of Kyndryl's offerings, enabling you to deliver unparalleled value when solving our customers' most complex problems. With a global mindset, you will expand your network locally and globally, building new relationships that expand the horizons of our strategic alliances.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Possessing over 5 years of experience within the Hyperscaler ecosystem, collaborating with Microsoft, AWS, and Google as a partner.

  • Demonstrating the capability to establish an extensive network within various industries, facilitating discussions on multi-alliance collaboration, cloud technologies, and industry trends.

  • Building significant connections with the Alliance Executive team, including key individuals like the SVP of Alliances and C-level executives, serving as the primary point of contact to foster strategic relationships.

  • Working closely with cross-sector and cross-service Practice teams to execute Alliance initiatives successfully.

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for Hyperscalers (such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft) Alliances, ensuring alignment with our go-to-market approach.

  • Exhibiting exceptional client management and relationship skills, influencing stakeholders effectively.

  • Showcasing expertise in creating and implementing offerings and solution plays.

  • Demonstrating a proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic alliances, particularly with Microsoft, AWS, and Google.

  • Displaying strong leadership capabilities, motivating teams to achieve outstanding results.

  • Possessing a profound understanding of the technology landscape and market trends, with a specific focus on Canada.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree

  • Sales experience in technical solutions
