PrecisionERP Inc is seeking Service Desk Analyst with 2+ years of experience for our SK client.Details:Role: Service Desk AnalystDuration: 13th of May 2024- 16th of May 2025Required Experience:Knowledge is generally acquired by having completed or working towards a certificate or diploma in a computer field and 2 to 3 years of customer support experience, or an equivalent combination or education and experienceRequired Skills: BilingualGeneral knowledge of computer systems, analysis techniques, and ITIL processesComfortable with a variety of basic software solutionsGood communication, time managementDemonstrated ability and willingness to learn new toolsDependable and reliableFamiliarity with updating and using a knowledge baseDescription of duties:The IT Service Desk is looking for a Technical Analyst to directly resolve customer issues by following best practices. This role is accountable to update troubleshooting documentation as part of our knowledge base and utilize this documentation in providing support. This role is a member of the IT service desk and a major part of a typical workday will be resolving incidents over various communication channels.
