What your Role will be:
- First and central point of contact for all customers in person or on the phone.
- Support Sales Team with floor control and Dealership traffic logging.
- Promptly and efficiently run the Dealership’s telephone switchboard and direct all calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage and maintain a welcoming customer waiting area.
- Compile and finalize vehicle licensing.
- Stock in vehicle inventory.
- Order supplies as needed.
- Receive customer payments or obtain credit authorizations.
What you will bring with you:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Computer skills are key, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. CDK/180 knowledge is an asset.
- Previous dealership and licensing experience is an asset.
