Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to coordinate and lead migration from Microsoft Dynamics Navision to Microsoft Business Central. This pivotal role requires a professional with a deep understanding of ERP systems and processes, along with substantial experience in managing complex projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Planning, managing and executing projects related to Microsoft Business Central implementation.
  • Overseeing the transition from Microsoft Dynamics Navision to Microsoft Business Central.
  • Establishing project scope by studying strategic business drivers, discovering and validating business and technical requirements and parameters.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, clients, management, and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Business Central system within established deadlines.
  • Developing detailed project plans, defining project tasks, and managing resource allocation.
  • Conducting regular project tracking and reporting, maintaining communication matrix, risk register, and issue log.
  • Managing the quality and acceptance of vendor analysis and testing of SIT and UAT.
  • Leading project meetings and setting expectations for project goals.
  • Managing and mitigating project risks and issues throughout the project life cycle.
  • Ensuring delivery completion from a scope, timeline, and budget perspective.



Qualifications:


  • B.S./M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated prior experience with ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft Business Central.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision is compulsory.
  • Strong project management, organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management software.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to drive project success and mitigate risk.
  • Certification in Project Management professional (PMP) is a plus.
