**Job Title**: Digitization Project Manager - ERP Implementation

**Location**: North York, Toronto

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project goals, scope, and deliverables; manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, align on objectives, and foster clear communication.
- Assess and integrate software solutions into existing infrastructure while maintaining compliance and minimizing risks.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and introduce automation to improve processes and productivity.
- Oversee historical data migration, ensuring data integrity and minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
- Drive change management efforts, ensuring seamless system adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.
- Create user-friendly support materials, deliver training sessions, and provide post-implementation support.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards and delivering successful outcomes.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to leadership and key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- ** Education**: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Finance, or a related field. PMP or CAPM certification is an advantage.
- ** Experience**:

- 5+ years in project management, with at least 2 years focused on digitization or IT transformation.
- Real estate or property management industry experience is highly preferred.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Yardi Voyager 7S.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
