**Responsibilities**
- Establish themselves as a trusted advisor at various levels of customer organizations
- Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
- Create and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders, influencers and vendors
- Manage the organization of key client projects; ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget and scope
- Working with other project leads and SMEs, develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders; ensure technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks, including identifying, documenting, evaluating, mitigating and managing, and appropriately communicating risks and issues.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure a flawless execution of projects
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Monitor project timelines against targets and adjust where necessary; advise management of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies, where applicable; and prepare reports on project performanceMaintain robust project documentation and ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
- Manage invoices and bills for assigned clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Address client issues with speed and efficiency
- Work with sales teams to generate new business
- Act in an advisory or ad-hoc escalation role for service delivery
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
- Raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events including client and company sponsored functions
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes

**Skills and Experience**
- Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferably in Business, Finance or Computer Science
- Five to seven years experience in a professional role, ideally as an engagement manager, or a role that demonstrates the value of customer service focus
- Completion of additional certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE II, CSM) is considered an asset
- Minimum of five years of proven project management experience in software delivery and ERP system implementations
- Solid technical background with understanding, or hands-on experience, in ERP system implementations
- Excellent relationship development skills and ability to cultivate new relationships is required
- Expert communication (verbal, written) and presentation skills
- Delivery of technical and IT solutions in a corporate environment
- Working with and understanding technical deliverables and documentation
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience of project management toolsets e.g. MS Project, SmartSheets, Azure DevOps, JIRA
- Background in business, management, budgeting and analysis
- Thrive when planning projects and working with project teams
- Some travel may be required
