Join Trellis as a Front Desk Coordinator, orchestrating first impressions and ensuring seamless office operations while providing outstanding service. Be instrumental in fostering a supportive environment for clients and community partners.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of Trellis, managing front-facing service and administrative tasks with professionalism and care. Your attention to detail and interpersonal skills will create an inviting atmosphere for visitors and ensure efficiency in daily operations. You’ll be responsible for responding to inquiries and guiding clients to appropriate programs.
Key Responsibilities: • Act as first contact for clients and community members • Respond to and manage main phone inquiries • Oversee office booking systems and meeting setups • Ensure cleanliness and organization of shared spaces • Assist with IT requirements and device setups for staff
Requirements: • At least two years of experience in administration • Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices • Background in human or community services is ideal • Availability for on-site work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. • An Office Administration Diploma or relevant experience
