The successful candidate would be required to execute HR processes, maintaining accurate employee data, and providing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers. This role will also play a key role in maintaining the HRIS as the system of record for employee data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.Role-Specific AccountabilitiesHR Operations & Employee LifecycleCoordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, systems access, and HRIS updatesMaintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and HR documentation across systemsProcess routine employee changes, approvals, and HR transactionsHRIS & Employee Data ManagementServe as a primary administrator for day-to-day HRIS transactions and data maintenanceEnsure employee data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within the HRISRun standard HR reports and support data requests from leadership and FinanceSupport HR audits and compliance reviews by maintaining clean, audit-ready system recordsSupport the integration of AI-enabled tools into HR processes in partnership with internal stakeholders and external consultants.Recruitment & Hiring SupportSupport recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationsPrepare offer documentation and ensure established approval processes are followedMaintain job descriptions and recruitment records within the HRIS or related systemsPayroll, Benefits & AdministrationSupport the Finance team with the coordination of payroll inputs, employee changes, and salary updates through the HRISAdminister benefits enrollments, changes, and employee inquiriesSupport audits and compliance reviews through accurate recordkeepingPerformance & HR CyclesSupport performance review cycles by tracking timelines and documentationEnsure performance-related data and documentation are accurately captured in HR systemsAssist with HR reporting and metricsEmployee SupportServe as a first point of contact for routine HR questions and requestsApply HR policies consistently and escalate complex employee relations matters as neededContribute to a professional, respectful, and compliant workplace Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field3–5 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator roleHands-on experience using an HRIS to manage employee data and HR transactions.Experience working with APD Workforce Now would be a strong assetWorking knowledge of core HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processesStrong attention to detail and comfort working with confidential informationWell-developed organizational and time-management skillsClear, professional written and verbal communication skillsStrong Excel skills and comfort working with reports and dataProfessional working proficiency in French is highly advantageous
