With over 12 years in business, we take pride in delivering reliable, high-volume staffing solutions for some of the country’s most reputable organizations.We are expanding our internal team and looking for a driven, organized, and high-energy High-Volume Recruiter to help us meet increasing demand across multiple sectors.Role SummaryThe High-Volume Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles — from light industrial labour to skilled trades, warehouse, CSR, call centre, drivers, technicians, and more. This is a fast-paced, people-first role requiring strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage dozens of openings simultaneously.You will be fully onsite at our Mississauga office working directly with the recruitment team, account managers, and our operations department.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & SourcingManage high-volume recruitment for multiple roles across industrial, logistics, skilled trades, and corporate functions.Conduct sourcing using Indeed, , internal ATS, referrals, and job boards.Screen high volumes of candidates daily via phone, email, and in-person interviews.Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and urgent roles.Schedule interviews, coordinate skills assessments, and support client interviews.Candidate ManagementComplete reference checks, background verifications, and onboarding steps.Prepare candidates for interviews and work assignments.Ensure compliance with client requirements, safety procedures, and documentation.Client & Internal CoordinationWork closely with Account Managers to understand client needs, job specifications, and fill-rate expectations.Provide daily updates on open roles, candidate pipelines, and recruitment progress.Support last-minute requests, same-day orders, and rapid deployments.Administration & ComplianceMaintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.Track submissions, interviews, placements, and onboarding documentation.Ensure compliance with ESA, WSIB, AODA, and Aeolus internal processes.What We’re Looking For1–3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience (staffing agency experience is a strong asset).Experience recruiting industrial & warehouse roles preferred.Strong multitasking abilities — able to manage dozens of open requisitions.Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person).Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Able to work 100% onsite in Mississauga, Monday–Friday.Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail.Team player with a positive, energetic attitude.Why Join AeolusGrowing company with strong market presence in waste, energy, logistics, and industrial sectors.Opportunity to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility quickly.Supportive leadership and collaborative office environment.Exposure to major Canadian clients and large-volume accounts.Competitive salary + performance bonuses.
