About the Job

As the Technical Designer, you will contribute to the success of the company by collaborating with the Designer and the Fit & Spec Technician in producing CADs and Tech Packs. This role is best suited for a junior profile.


Responsibilities


  • Work directly with the Designer and assist in creating technical sketches and CAD presentations.
  • Work with the Designer to create, execute and maintain collection boards (Illustrator).
  • Work directly with the Fit & Spec Technician and the Designer to create Tech Packs in a clear, descriptive and efficient manner.
  • Setting quality standards and inspecting prototypes and finished products accordingly.
  • Measure and analyze SMS, T.O.P and production samples.
  • Participate and assist in fittings.
  • Communication with suppliers overseas.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Diploma in Fashion Design (DEC or BAC)
  • Ability to work with women's, men's, children's and unisex clothing across all product categories.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • Understanding of pattern grading and its rules.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.

En tant que Designer Technique, vous contribuerez au succès de l'entreprise en collaborant avec la Designer et la Technicienne en Fit & Spec à la production de CADs et de fiches techniques. Ce rôle est idéal pour un profil junior.


Responsabilités

  • Travailler directement avec la Designer et assister pour créer des dessins techniques et des présentations de CADs.
  • Travailler avec la Designer pour créer, exécuter et maintenir des planches de collection (Illustrator).
  • Travailler directement avec la Technicienne de Fit & Spec et la Designer pour créer les fiches techniques initiales de manière claire, descriptive et efficace.
  • Établir des normes de qualité, inspecter les prototypes et les produits finis en conséquence.
  • Mesurer et analyser des échantillons SMS, T.O.P et de production.
  • Participer aux essayages.
  • Communication avec les fournisseurs à l'étranger.


Qualifications

  • Minimum de 1-2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
  • Diplôme en Design de Mode (DEC ou BAC)
  • Capacité à travailler avec des vêtements pour femmes, pour hommes, pour enfants et unisexes dans toutes les catégories de produits.
  • Forte connaissance d'Adobe Illustrator.
