The Dermatology Philosophy™ is hiring for a Human Resources Generalist.

Our client’s goal is to offer patient-centered primary and preventative care services for the entire family and meeting our patient’s health needs. They have a dedicated team of experienced physicians and partners who all believe in working alongside our patients to maintain and improve their health life.


Position Overview:

As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring our team members thrive in a dynamic environment. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about both HR and healthcare, capable of managing various HR functions, and committed to supporting our mission of delivering outstanding care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and onboarding new team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and resolving workplace issues promptly and effectively.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure a compliant and respectful work environment.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Educate and assist team members with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes.
  • Training and Development:
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions and workshops.
  • HR Compliance:
  • Stay current with labor laws and regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Plan and organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
  • Promote a sense of belonging and inclusivity among the staff.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
  • Previous experience in HR roles within the healthcare industry, preferably in a medical office or clinic setting.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
