The Dermatology Philosophy™ is hiring for a Human Resources Generalist.
Our client’s goal is to offer patient-centered primary and preventative care services for the entire family and meeting our patient’s health needs. They have a dedicated team of experienced physicians and partners who all believe in working alongside our patients to maintain and improve their health life.

Position Overview:
As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring our team members thrive in a dynamic environment. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about both HR and healthcare, capable of managing various HR functions, and committed to supporting our mission of delivering outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and onboarding new team members.
Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations to attract top talent.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and resolving workplace issues promptly and effectively.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure a compliant and respectful work environment.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Educate and assist team members with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes.
Training and Development:
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Facilitate ongoing training sessions and workshops.
HR Compliance:
Stay current with labor laws and regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.
Maintain personnel records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Performance Management:
Implement performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
Recognize and reward outstanding performance.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
Promote a sense of belonging and inclusivity among the staff.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
Previous experience in HR roles within the healthcare industry, preferably in a medical office or clinic setting.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
