SAP Consultant/Business Analyst Lead


Our client, a multinational commodity trading and mining company, is looking for a SAP Consultant/Business Analyst Lead for their payment system. This on-site contract-to-hire role will involve more than one project, it is ongoing support and maintenance of all HCM payroll applications as well as integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing support and maintenance of all HCM.
  • Maintain payroll applications
  • Integrate with other SAP modules and non-SAP applications
  • Support current SAP Consultant


Required Skills:

  • Experience in SAP HCM - (including but not limited to OM/PA, TEM, and TM) & payroll with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of physical configuration experience
  • Experience with integrating SAP HCM/payroll with other SAP modules including the integration points with MM/SD/PP/QM, HR/SuccessFactors, PI, and BI including integration points between legacy/support systems
  • Experience designing and developing test plans
  • University degree in computer science, IT, or Engineering
  • Expertise in project management and ability to lead
  • Ability to apply innovative and creative solutions to improving or restructuring existing processes
  • Proven ability to create and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to perform support activities
  • Sold knowledge of ITIL and Change management


Important Information:

  • Will report directly to the SAP Program Manager located in the Toronto office
  • Must be flexible to travel up to 30% within North America
  • C2H or perm
