Job Description
OpenMoves is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our digital agency. OpenMoves is a performance marketing agency that provides Paid Media services to clients in the USA and around the world. OpenMoves is owned by Ionik and sits alongside a number of sister agencies including Q1Media.
We are seeking a strong Paid Media specialist to join our growing team. The core focus of the role will be day-to-today Google Ads management, with Paid Social management on platforms such as Meta Ads and Ads part of the scope of the role.
This role includes daily management and optimization, reporting, ad copy improvements, bidding strategies, A/B testing and experiments, reviewing Google Analytics (GA4) and working on tracking and data, creating strategy plans and documents, and collaborating with the OpenMoves team and clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years total Google Ads experience, at least 3 years experience working in an agency and 1+ years of Paid Social experience. This is a client-facing position so proven experience and desire to work closely with clients is required. Being technically strong in Google Ads alongside the ability to run campaigns independently are the main requirements and challenges of the role.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Directly manage all day-to-day operations across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and potentially other channels
- Understand tracking, data, work in GA4 and other platforms to measure performance
- Create reporting for clients to explain Google Ads performance and next steps
- Proactively run Google Ads accounts to drive performance
- Understand bidding, ad copy, campaign structure, conversion tracking and more
- Communicate with clients and internal teams on accounts, performance, next steps and actionable insights
- Be able to manage multiple clients and campaigns at the same time
- Assigned clients will be a mix of B2B and B2C with a focus on Medium sized engagements.
Requirements:
- Strong Google Ads understanding, experience - knows how Google Ads works inside and out
- Some background in Paid Social and willingness to enhance skillet where required
- Experience with Google Analytics 4
- Good client-facing skills, presentation and reporting skills
- Agency experience, understanding of agency operations and processes
- Strong with data analysis, Paid Media & Financial KPI’s (ROAS, CPA, LTV)
- Experience with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot and other CRMs
- Experience and willingness to learn tracking, tagging, and other martech challenges
- Fundamental understanding of creative and landing page best practices
