**Job Description**:
iProspect is looking for a Media Coordinator who has a desire to learn multiple digital media disciplines. This person will be assisting with managing a blend of Search Engine Marketing, Paid Social Media, and Programmatic Media programs for top tier clients in Canada. The Media Coordinator will support the team in all aspects of operation, including ensuring the timely delivery of all client requirements, helping to create and deliver campaign performance reports, billing administration, and research. **Role & Responsibilities**
- Assist Strategists and Media Planners in the development of media strategies and tactical POV’s.
- Ensures key information is provided to the media operations and media buying teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Work with creative agencies to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of assets for trafficking
- Assist with preparing reporting documentation for strategy/planning teams and clients demonstrating the strategy to deliver on campaign goals.
- Work with buying teams to ensure flawless implementation of media plans.
- Contribute to the client’s overall media strategy and strategize ways to improve campaign performance to meet client goals.
- Continually learn and enhance skills related to media methodologies and platforms
- Conduct research to uncover performance-boosting insights
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong to advanced level MS Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s), Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Aptitude for priority management where it concerns managing multiple deliverables/work streams.
- Ability to organize ideas and present back information logically and sequentially.
- Knowledge of media planning and research tools is considered a strong asset.
- Keen interest and passion for all things digital marketing
- A sense of curiosity, and desire to innovate/test new approaches
