Rooted in resilience, guided by a strong commitment to quality, and fueled by innovation, we are shaping a future of smarter, faster, more connected solutions.We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Inside Sales Representative based out of Calgary, AB (3909A Manchester Rd SE or 5329 72 Ave SE Bay #78) location.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.RESPONSIBILITIES Responding to customer product inquiries both in person (branch) and via phone/emailUnderstand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutionsPresent alternative options based on pricing, availability, and specificationsClearly communicate pricing, credit, and terms in line with company guidelinesAccurately process orders, quotes, returns, and related transactionsProvide reliable updates on product availability, shipment status, and delivery timelinesCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve issuesIdentify opportunities to increase sales through cross-selling, upselling, and promotional offeringsEducate customers on product features, benefits, and applications to support informed purchasing decisionsFollow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address concernsMaintain organized customer records and communicate demand changes to purchasingStay current on products and industry trends through training and meetingsSupport inventory counts and maintain accurate system dataAdhere to company policies and proceduresMaintain a professional image in all customer and vendor interactionsPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS 3 or more years of Industrial MRO, Fasteners, components, or similar sales experienceHigh School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferredStrong customer service focus with professional demeanorExcellent verbal and written communication, listening, negotiation, and phone skillHigh integrity with strong ethical standardsProven problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities with strong attention to detailComfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to multitask and adapt to changing prioritiesEffective time management; able to work independently and collaborativelyDemonstrated success meeting sales goals using effective selling strategiesAbility to handle difficult customers with tact and diplomacyBasic business math skills (rates, ratios, algebra)Technical aptitude, including Microsoft applications and company systemsKnowledge of logistics, shipping procedures, and carriers preferredUnveiling Your Perks:Secure your place in our dynamic, permanent team, where long-term growth meets everyday impact.
