The Stations, Rail, and Systems (SRS) package encompasses the design, construction, integration, and commissioning of key project components.Position Overview:The Subcontract Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the procurement, administration, and coordination of subcontract agreements for the ECWE-SRS Project. This position ensures that subcontract documentation, compliance, and performance tracking are managed efficiently in alignment with project requirements, corporate standards, and contractual obligations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, issue, and track subcontract agreements, amendments, and related documentation.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement staff to ensure subcontract scopes, pricing, and deliverables are clearly defined and aligned with project needs.Manage the subcontractor onboarding process, including collection of insurance certificates, safety documentation, and bonding requirements.Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and safety expectations.Maintain accurate records of all subcontract communications, changes, and approvals.Support the review and processing of subcontractor invoices and change orders.Assist in tendering activities, including issuing bid packages, evaluating proposals, and supporting award recommendations.Track and report subcontract status, commitments, and cost exposure to the project management team.Liaise with accounting and project controls to ensure accurate cost reporting and timely payments.Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and project-specific requirements.Qualifications:Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in subcontract administration, coordination, or procurement within the construction or infrastructure sector.Strong understanding of subcontract documentation, tendering processes, and contract law fundamentals.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint, or equivalent).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.What Amico Can Offer You:Competitive SalaryMedical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployer Matching Retirement ProgramLife insuranceAt Amico, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
