Candidates may work remotely, in person, or in a hybrid arrangement, depending on role requirements and experience.Positions:We are hiring Law Clerks with experience in one or more of the following areas:Family LawPersonal Injury Law (Tort & Accident Benefits)Criminal LawReal Estate Law (Residential & Commercial)Key Responsibilities:Manage files from intake to resolutionDraft pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and legal documentsPrepare court and tribunal filingsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third partiesOrganize disclosure, briefs, and supporting materialsTrack deadlines and ensure compliance with applicable rules and proceduresAssist with settlements, closings, and file closuresQualification:2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk in one or more listed practice areasStrong understanding of Ontario court procedures and deadlinesExcellent drafting, organizational, and communication skillsProficient in MS Office and legal practice management softwareAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPosition Detail:Remote, In-Person, or Hybrid roles availableFull-time and part-time opportunitiesFlexible schedules (role-dependent)Competitive compensation based on experience and practice area
