**Position Overview**:Brightstar Law is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Real Estate Law Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a crucial support for our senior clerks and lawyers, contributing to the efficient handling of real estate transactions and ensuring smooth operations. Our firm is well-regarded for prompt and friendly communication, meticulous attention to detail, and guiding clients through transactions with clarity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate real estate transactions through effective and friendly communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in due diligence by conducting title and off title searches.
- Draft legal documents under the guidance of senior law clerks and lawyers.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files, ensuring accessibility of all necessary documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, calendar management, and responding to client inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a law clerk program with strong academic performance.
- An ability to focus for extended periods of time.
- Eagerness to learn real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong research and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teraview.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to technology for increased efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
