We are expanding our legal team and are currently seeking experienced Law Clerks across multiple practice areas. Candidates may work remotely, in person, or in a hybrid arrangement, depending on role requirements and experience.

Positions:

We are hiring Law Clerks with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Family Law

Personal Injury Law (Tort & Accident Benefits)

Criminal Law

Real Estate Law (Residential & Commercial)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage files from intake to resolution

Draft pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and legal documents

Prepare court and tribunal filings

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties

Organize disclosure, briefs, and supporting materials

Track deadlines and ensure compliance with applicable rules and procedures

Assist with settlements, closings, and file closures

Qualification:

2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk in one or more listed practice areas

Strong understanding of Ontario court procedures and deadlines

Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office and legal practice management software

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Position Detail:
