We're looking for a dynamic and driven Director, Quality Assurance who thrives on empowering others and turning challenges into opportunities. If you're passionate about unlocking potential, influencing outcomes, and making meaningful change, this is your chance to take the lead.Responsibilities:Lead a high-performing, globally distributed team of QA analysts and automation engineersBuild and enforce a culture of shift-left testing and team-wide quality ownershipDevelop a comprehensive quality strategy and align practices across product teamsOversee manual and automated testing initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline integration for faster, more reliable releasesImprove the data management and configuration strategies across testing environmentsDefine and govern standards for test case design, execution, traceability, and reportingFoster close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, and Customer Support—to embed quality throughout the development lifecycleDefine and refine key metrics to measure software quality, reliability, and customer satisfactionCoach and provide mentorship to drive professional growth among the teamChampion test automation at scale and drive adoption of BDD practicesContinuously improve software testing workflows to enhance delivery effectivenessEnforce compliance with security, accessibility, and regulatory standards to ensure enterprise-grade reliabilityMonitor production performance and spearhead post-release incident response and quality enhancement initiativesCultivate a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, process refinement, and targeted training effortsEvaluate, implement, and maintain industry-leading testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestRail, Postman) to support robust automation and testing practicesSkills and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field7+ years of experience in software QA, including 5+ years in leadership rolesDeep understanding of SaaS architectures, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologiesExperience with test management systems (Xray, Zephyr or Azure DevOps)Proven experience with automation tools (Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium or Cypress)Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)Strong leadership and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing engineering teamsStrong business acumen and the ability to align technical strategies with business objectivesExceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-makingExceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skillsA passion for continuous learning, self-improvement, and staying updated with the latest advancements in technologyWe Offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive health and dental benefitsProfessional development opportunitiesContinuing EducationGreat colleagues and collaborationThis job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected.
